While considering your profile, I help you to take on physical activity in a progressive manner.

To get back into shape, we establish a personalized exercise plan to work on your muscles, cardio, and flexibility necessary for your everyday life.

A variety of materials used in our training sessions :

  • mat

  • exercise ball

  • suspension straps

  • small dumbbells and kettlebell

  • medicine ball

  • yoga tools

The sessions take place where it is most convenient for you: in a gym, at home, or outdoors depending on the objective of the training session (park, beach, stadium…)
